| United Microelectronic Corporation (UMC) - Taiwan Scanimetrics has been invited to participate in the Gold IP Program founded by United Microelectronic Corporation (www.umc.com) based in Taiwan. UMC is the second largest foundry in the world offering manufacturing services to the semiconductor industry. Under the Program, Scanimetrics licenses its Intellectual Property to UMC customers with a significant benefit of wider distribution and strengthening of our IP for UMC processes. Through this program, Scanimetrics will access foundry services of UMC to fabricate its first product prototype. |

| Cadence Design Systems (USA) Scanimetrics is an active participant in Cadence Design Systems’ eDAcard Gold Program. This program offers Scanimetrics' engineering personnel use of Cadence's electronic design automation technology. Cadence (www.cadence.com) is a world-class provider of software tools and engineering services for the semiconductor industry. Scanimetrics will use the support to further the commercialization of its technology. |
